Hi, I'm Jen.

I'm a mom of 3 girls with a passion for fitness, writing, design and fashion, and I've spent my entire life immersed in each of the four, creating businesses out of what I love.

​

Valor Apparel started as just some merch sold over on my fitness business' website, and every time I created something new, it flew off the shelves. 

​

I decided that this part of the big four needed its own space. 

​

Valor means to have great courage in the face of danger, fear or battle. It's a testament to personal bravery. And while it may be militant in nature, we, as humans, need to possess valor in every single aspect of our lives, in order to live as a fully engaged, unafraid, successful person.

There is nobility in strength. And that strength comes when you face your fears.
