If YOU ordered the wrong size or item, you can exchange or receive store credit. (We do not offer refunds on wrong size or item ordered.)
If WE sent you the wrong item or there is something wrong with the item, please send us an e-mail at: email@example.com. We will ship the correct item to you. We will also email you a return label for the wrong item sent. If we are sold out of the item ordered, we will refund the item.
There is a 30-day from purchase limit on returns and exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will most likely need to file a claim with USPS to get reimbursed for the cost of the item, and we will work with you to get a replacement.
